The Rogue Marathon is a downhill Boston qualifier starting at Emigrant Lake just outside of beautiful Ashland, OR. The course traverses through country roads and eventually connects to the Bear Creek Path where runners are able to relax and focus setting their best times. The safe and scenic path leads to a family friendly finish party in downtown Medford. The Half Marathon and 10 K are held entirely on the Path and in downtown Medford, OR. The Half Marathon begins in Talent, OR and the 10 K starts at Bear Creek Park. 

All three events have a downhill course which makes it a great event for beginning runners. The purse is substantial for an event of this size!  Each participant will receive a tech shirt, high quality medal, free beverage and grilled cheese sandwiches at the finish. We hire photographers and make pictures available to all participants so they will have something to post on social media. 

There is much to do in Southern Oregon like rafting, hiking, mountain bike riding, world class wineries, theater, lodging and awesome restaurants. 

Packet Pick up :
Day before the race, Friday, October 16th at Common Block Brewing from 4-8:00 pm.

On Saturday, October 17th (day of race) runners will meet in downtown Medford at a secured parking lot to be shuttled to their start line.  More information about the exact location for bus pickup will be posted soon!

Please note! We strongly encourage participants to pick up their packets the day before the race at Common Block. Morning of the race, participants will be shuttled by bus to each respective starting line, but THERE WILL NOT BE PACKET PICK UP AT THE STARTING LINES. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO PICKUP AT PEAR BLOSSOM PARK BEFORE CATCHING THE SHUTTLE OR HEADING TO YOUR STARTING LOCATION.
